Pros and cons of Basic Baby Light - feed, medical log and track app for iPhone and iPad

Basic Baby Light - feed, medical log and track app good for

easy to use, love the timer for breastfeeding and feed reminders. two biggest complaints was that its far too easy to accidentally delete a profile from the main screen and the cost of add ons... be sure to buy the Add Everything package at the bottom of the options vs. piece mealing it if you want more than a few add ons.
Ive been looking for an app that will count mLs for my preemie, and most of them you have to buy to find out if its even useful. Its got everything I need for tracking pumping, and its really easy to use. The only thing i wish is that they wold put the amounts of each feed on the daily summary, so i can see how im progressing better, but you can still see it relatiely easily. Try it out!
I absolutely love this app! When I was in the hospital after giving birth the nurses got me in the habit of tracking all her diapers and feedings. After I came home I continued to write them down on paper but after discovering this app I do it here now. Its awesome! I love that it has a timer on it, allows to time left and right breast. Its just so functional and every mom should use it!
Just got this app. Seems like it has all the necessary and desired capabilities. Impressed that the app will compile the data in pdf form. Now, thats handy! BUT I dont like that the apps icon is a bottle. World Health Organization recommends that all babies be exclusively breastfed for the first 6 months. So, why the bottle imagery? This isnt 1950!
Please keep the comments coming, we do listen and develop for you. Thank you and enjoy.
As all the rest of the mommies stated, this has been a life saver for me to keep track of my newborn feeding times and amounts as well as her diaper changes and what she made etc. It really takes all the guess work away! I use this app as well as another app called baby connect. Its interesting to see all of the growth charts as well as her sleep graphs.

Some bad moments

I would choose other app over this one. Didnt like it. Ended up deleting it.
Ive been using the previous version of this app for nearly a year, but this latest version is buggy and has too many features that it is no longer user friendly. When I change the amount in a bottle, the units randomly change from ml to L to qt, which throws off my summary graphs. Will be finding a new app to use
good idea, but translation is awful! Google translate do it better!
I am pretty happy with this overall. There are a few things I would change or fix though. I have a 7 day old and need to keep track of diapers and feeding times as well as pumping times. The timer is helpful but it doesnt go off more than once. It should be louder and more persistent like an alarm clock. Also the timer pops up and says "time to feed..." for everything so I cant always tell which I should do. You may think Im a flake but you try and be completely sleep deprived and try to keep amounts, times, etc straight. I think you should be able to set the timer in a more custom manner. I think too that pumping should be a separate category from feeding both on the interface and the spreadsheet ( which is really quite a nice feature since you cam email it to yourself). It would also be cool if the spreadsheet was able to auto populate a visual chart or graph so you could see visual trends. Just a few things I would do with this especially for the $7.00 price tag.
Its ok for a free app but if you want any features its better to get Baby connect which is actually cheaper than the full version of this app.
i agree with adding a visual for your babys sleep time! but overall i love this app..gets a little costly though.
